It doesnt open!!!

Im using iPod Touch 2G w/ iOS 4.2.1. According to the description, I should have no problem working this app, right? Wrong. It wont open. It wont do anything. I contacted the JumpStart and they told me to talk to AppleStore. I talked to AppleStore and they just ignored me. Its only $0.99 for me but if 10,000 people are having same issue, its close to $10,000 that both JumpStart and AppleStore are pocketing without addressing the issue. Be aware 2G users. You may end up wasting your money.
