This app was not play well, my son was play and suddenly it not move. I tried to turn off and on again, still not work

This app has a lot of variety of learning games mostly centered around letter identification. The kids I work with like this app when it is working. Twice now Ive had the screen freeze and get stuck on a page. Please fix this bug!!

I also downloaded the current version. I have an older iPod 2 and iPhone 3G. It downloaded without complaining BUT it wont open!! Very disappointing after paying. Please fix!

I can not get the sound to work on this. I really like the game, but there is no sound. Ive checked the volume and other apps seem to work fine. Any tips to get this up and running? Its perfect for me 3 year old.

I downloaded this but the game but it doesnt go past the Jumpstart screen. Then it shuts off. Please fix or refund.

Im using iPod Touch 2G w/ iOS 4.2.1. According to the description, I should have no problem working this app, right? Wrong. It wont open. It wont do anything. I contacted the JumpStart and they told me to talk to AppleStore. I talked to AppleStore and they just ignored me. Its only $0.99 for me but if 10,000 people are having same issue, its close to $10,000 that both JumpStart and AppleStore are pocketing without addressing the issue. Be aware 2G users. You may end up wasting your money.

This is an incredible app. My 4 year old son loves to play the games over and over - practicing his letters and other reading related preskills. Im impressed with the many games available. If you have a preschooler download this app.

Purchased this today and it is still in "waiting" mode....please fix this problem or credit my account.....

Bought this app and my 3 year old loved it... For about a month. Now, it does nothing; wont open at all. No updates, the my itouch is current. Very disappointed. Do not buy!!!

Great games. My 3yo loves to play them. However, doesnt completely work with iPod Touch 3G, and responses very slowly to gestures on iPhone 4S. Fix the functionality, and its a 5 star.

In my opinion this is the best preschool app I have downloaded, free or paid. It has so many different activities to stimulate the childs mind. You can ignore ones that are too much until later and still have plenty. Amazing, not just Pete and Repeat or coloring mindlessly.

I should have read reviews prior to purchasing app. App Will not open. I will definitely read reviews before buying even a 99 cent app.
